How it works

First we create the calendar template for you. You’ll have a choice of designs incorporating a large datepad which has been designed to make maximum use of all available space, allowing for plenty of room in each square to write important notes and appointments, and you supply your own stunning photographs for supporters to choose on their calendar.

Next, when your supporters visit your website, they’ll be directed to OUR website which will incorporate your site’s look and feel.

Once there, we’ll take them through the simple steps of creating their own unique calendar. They’ll be able to put notes on every calendar date if they want, and choose a ‘monthly picture’ from your selection, to feature on each month’s page.

Until now, sales from calendars have been on a seasonal basis, often followed by loss incurring sales of excess product. With our system, each supporter will be able to start their unique calendar any month of the year they wish (eg: October 2006 to September 2007) thus creating a year round income stream and leaving no surplus stock.

They can then choose to purchase their personalised calendar from DigiCals through our secure online server…and we will then forward a share of the purchase price of each calendar to you.

Calendars are usually despatched within 7 days and sent direct to the supporter.
